Hat Tricks in Pekin plays host to one of the most ambitious parties we’ve ever planned this New Year’s Eve – and a rare public New Year’s Eve performance for JammSammich.
The JammSammich Time Machine Bash promises to be a multi-media “trip through time” as Sammich plays three distinct sets of tunes from three eras of party music: The Seventies – featuring tons of polyester-soaked disco, funk and R&B, The Eighties – with all of your favorite 80’s retro and one-hit wonders – concluding with a smooth-landing back in the current top 40 charts. All hits, all GREAT party music – ALL NIGHT. The whole night will be filled with sites and sounds from the 70’s and 80’s to help capture the mood – and there’ll be a champagne toast at midnight and some HUGE surprises! Everyone is encouraged to wear their finest 70’s and 80’s garb!
“New Year’s Eve should be more than just going to see a band or dj. It’s a celebration – and needs to be special. We feel like we need to give folks a good reason to get out of their house that night. Plus, we can’t wait to go back and play full sets of the great tunes we cut our teeth on”, says Brian Carroll, JammSammich frontman.
Admission for the night is just $10 per person. A full kitchen menu will be available for food, along with drink specials and contests. The Concorde Inn and Suites in Pekin (a short cab ride from Hat Tricks) is offering rooms for just $56 – just mention Hat Trick’s when you call. The Time Machine launches at 9pm sharp.
